I created Ignite your Freedom because I was in your shoes
I used to be afraid of growing. It was uncomfy and foreign to me
​
The thought of changing who I was into an unknown version made me run for the hills and stay stuck in who I was - accepting mediocrity – constantly forcing myself to go through the motions & anxieties of the day.
​
I felt like I could not fully be present in who I was because I was always stressing about the next thing I had to do or how to please everyone hoping that would mean nobody was talking about me behind my back.
I never gave myself what I needed.

I settled for mediocre

Comparing that to today, I am putting my needs first, fully present in my day & dream. I strive to reach my full potential each day, accepting the new me.

I listened to myself. I understood my drive for life and stepped into actions towards achieving it.
I challenged my mindset each moment, finding the best version of me & focusing on showing up authentically for myself. I focused on being fully present in who I actually am, versus who everyone wanted me to be

what's included:
→ intake form : this will be a form that you will fill out prior to our first session. This will give me a little bit of backstory before our time together, starts :)

→ 12 one hour sessions : we will meet at the same time each week in our zoom room. In these sessions, we will be guiding you towards your goals that we set out for you during our time together.
​
→ in-between session activities: you will be given in between session activities to be doing during your time. These could be journal prompts, or actively doing something during your day. These will also guide you towards your goals and keep the momentum flowing
​
→ freedom notes : after every session we have together, you will receive after session notes from me, highlighting what we chatted about during our time together. These will highlight the main takeaways & will also provide further explanation to our sessions. You will have lifetime access to these notes.
​
→ freedom prep : this portion is optional on your part, but help me identifying what works really well during our time together and what does not. This will be your chance to explain what is working, what wins you have accomplished throughout the week, as well as anything that you are particularly needing to cover in the next session

FAQs
Q: How much time will need to be committed?
A: Majority of the time committed is about 2 hours a week of our time together in the zoom (1 hour) as well as your in between session activities.
Q: How long will I have access to notes?
A: You will have lifetime access to these notes! They will be emailed to you after each session.
Q: Is there a payment plan option?
A: Yes! We can discuss payment options in our call together once we decide it's are a good fit.
